Gift Card and Voucher Policy
If you wish to treat a loved one, my gift cards and vouchers are a great option! Please note:
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.
Please enter your voucher code when booking to redeem their value.
Late Arrival Policy
Your punctuality ensures you get the full benefit of your treatment and helps me stay on time for all clients:
I recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time for check-in or a quick comfort break before your appointment.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to ensure I can see the next client on time.
If you are more than 15 mins late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your pre-payment may be forfeited.
Refunds and Service Adjustment Policy

Refunds are not offered for completed services.

Payment Policy

Final payment is due at the end of your appointment.
I accept cash, card and bank transfer.
Your pre-payment will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
Emergency Closure or Cancellation Policy
In the event of unforeseen circumstances:
If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to illness, severe weather, or other emergencies, I will notify you as soon as possible.
Your appointment will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
