We currently have two private treatment rooms available for full-time rental at The Hair Factory in Redditch.
From physiotherapy and sports therapy to aesthetics, laser, beauty, foot health and wellness, our rooms provide a ready-to-use base without the expense of taking on your own commercial premises.
Based in North Moons Moat, Redditch, with free on-site parking and flexible access Monday to Saturday.
Room 4 – First Floor Treatment Room
A bright and versatile first-floor treatment room, approximately 3m x 2m, located just off the main salon.
The room benefits from plenty of natural light, opening windows and its own sink, creating a comfortable and practical space that can be adapted to suit your business.
Room Four has previously been used for massage, facials and nail treatments, but we’re very open to other professional uses. It could suit a wide range of beauty, wellness, health or appointment-based businesses looking for their own dedicated space in Redditch.
Room 2 – Ground Floor Treatment Room
A private and versatile ground-floor treatment room, approximately 3m x 2m, situated away from the main salon and offering a greater sense of independence.
The room has its own sink, plenty of electrical points and a dedicated telephone line, which could be reactivated if required. With no windows, it could be particularly well suited to businesses using laser, light-based or specialist treatment equipment, as well as physiotherapy, sports therapy, foot health, aesthetics or other professional services.
Immediately outside the room is a shared reception and waiting area. As Room Two is currently the main treatment space on the ground floor, in practice this provides a convenient reception area for your clients. The building’s toilet facilities are also located on the ground floor.
The room benefits from ground-floor access and has previously been used within an NHS-approved setting. Anyone requiring specific accessibility, clinical or regulatory standards would need to confirm that the premises meet the current requirements for their particular business.
Simple, All-Inclusive Room Rental
Our full-time treatment rooms are available for £500 per calendar month, with utilities and many of the usual costs of running commercial premises already included.
That means one straightforward monthly payment covers your room along with gas, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, business rates, waste removal, heating, refreshments, parking and use of our communal facilities.
You’ll have your own set of keys and the flexibility to run your business during our opening hours, 9am–8pm Monday to Saturday.
We ask for an initial three-month minimum commitment, with one month’s notice thereafter.
